LTK VCK can be changed for Stun rune but the dmg loss is noticeable.
Epiphany Inner Fire can be changed for Desert Shroud but the dmg loss is noticeable.
NDE can be changed for Transcendence/Mythic Rhythm/Chant.
With 50% CDR total, I go through all skills as they become available. And while in fights, I'm activating the Mantra for the shield. It's actually pretty huge due to the shield being buffed by the amount of health globe bonus.

94K bonus to health globes
1000 all res
400k life
650k dmg (I know its low, but had to sacrfic dmg for cooldown reduction)
37% cooldown reduction (none on weapons yet) should be able to achieve 50% with cdr on weapons)
Once I get use to the cdr playstyle, I'll up dmg slowly.
I was such a noob yesterday. Thought I had cdr on my rares weapons, so I try to enhance them with sockets.
Pure bad luck, toke me about 30 tries to get sockets on both weapons.
Then found out it wasn't cdr ... weapons had reduced resource on them instead.
Wasted almost 30 death's breath ... live and learn.
Lucky they were rares and not leg weapons.
Do I just jump into crowd and rotate skills on cooldown ?
