Again. many of these changes aren't finalized. The new systems probably will be implemented, but the item affixes for leg items won't. They are more or less blizz testing these mods (reason why they are 90% ring strings and 90% say "test"). Sure some of these will be implemented in certain items, but some of them might also be new rune effects for skills :D.


At the end of the day, no PvP changes makes me a sad panda.
