WoL hits 4 times for 1200% and cost reduction rune, not 2 times. Three times for big damage (1200% or 900% divided by 3) and one time for small damage (96%). You can get the big 5m+ crits using the 2nd rune that does one big 360 degree aoe for 900% damage.

damn, i checked it out, hes right it really is 3 ticks+1 for the 96

your best bet is likely to be the second rune, in fact id be surprised if you couldnt hit 5 mil with the second rune.
