Correct, and the speed is taken from the Offhand using the 1.45 APS Echoing Fury.

The weapon in your main hand makes a HUGE difference.
In this build FOT and SW are your main damage dealers, both skills are based off your MAIN HAND DAMAGE.
To determine which weapon goes where go to d3progress and look at item details, you will see a dps listed under each weapon. The weapon with the higher dps goes in your main hand.
9/10 times WKL will always be in the offhand due to is low dps.

Wrong: since the patch they fixed snapshot for sweeping wind the damage is now based on whatever wep is used for that hit. So it cycles between the two weps as you attack.

I liked using Won Khim Lau on a mainhand to gain the benefit of the +.25 APS from the offhand and the fear % not activating as often. The above poster is also correct in his advice. Only in Wave Of Light builds, the mainhand weapon matters most.

yes. looked it up.

both fists of thunder as well as sweeping wind now alternate between main / offhand.

would only matter for skills like WoL.
