I'll switch (back) to BoH/BW though getting chant of resonance and replacing sweeping wind lands me at 10.89 spirit/sec (losing 1s/s before percentage buffs) and that might be too low. 10.89 is still workable, at least its still above the TR tick. just make sure ur attack speed is somewhat low, like 1.20ish, have a little speed, cause with my experience higher the attack speed, the more you hit. (not 100% sure if that is fact, just from my experience)
The way 10.89 regen is workable is because when you reach an elite pack, rush into them, cast blinding flash and melt them down with your FoT/Thunderclap & SW/Cyclone, at that time you should be full and charging forward.
Don't just circle them to death, cause ur taking longer killing packs and your not generating spirit. To me, teleporting into a pack with thunderclap and my cyclones up does the job faster, and gets me on my way forward with max spirit.... Win/Win situation
Also, this method allows for a bit higher MP level, like 1 or 2 and still get ur runs done very quick. I personally do mp2, but if your not 1 shooting the majority of trash mobs or your taking more then 5-10 secs at elite packs. It's not gonna be beneficial for you, drop down one and test it out. (just keep ur CC up around 45% +, (mines at 50.50%) this allows for clean runs, cause ur crit should 1 shot trash mobs)
