ur belt is really fine 300th also will do nicely
I guess its too obvious that 1 more piece of ik would rock

anyway prolly most pressing upg is mainhand (it could use socket) also echoing would be very nice as just stated in previous posts (socketed or then high enough crit dmg base and no sock)
amulet needs more CC like 4+ more otherwise similiar
better shoulders would not cost all too much (higher str/vita/@res)
also you could use better crit dmg gems for both new mainhand and off

anyway for most part doesnt look bad

e: one tricky thing is belt doesnt have leech so you might have to get a little in mainhand or then something else to replenish ur hero

he's using 1.03 version of IK belt so another 1.04 part like helm wouldnt give 60@ res extra

rest I agree with you, altho getting a belt with life leech, str / vit / @ res / fury reduce cost for throw weapon can be tricky if he's on a budget, he'd better getting the life leach on weapon imo

yyy I think 2* 03 IK set is great idea for budget but mixing the sets is not so much

Finally got my barb to lvl 60 and geared but looking for input on what to start upgrading first.

About a 25M budget at the moment.

I use this build when doing 4 man runs if there is no other run speed buffer for group (and its not a carry)

except I swap into sprint forced march every time the whole group compliments me for the speed buff and the runs are easily 25% faster, if not more.

you do need a lot of crit for this to work though. Also I use an echoing fury and strongarm bracers - cc to the max, 4% knockback/19% fear.

I have a very nice WW barb and so i just bought a reduced weapon throw cost belt and a 300th spear and while it was most certainly effective in act 3, it's just not fast enough compared to regular ww spec. quite fun though and I'll be saving the gear for pvp!

hmm tough call basicly everything is pretty decent but still room for improvement in every item
I would prolly work on the items that have CC on them and get higher chance for crits where possible

E: @ hkf indeed everyone likes a barb that buffs speed
E: @ suchagentleman I hope you tested it properly since this barb should do fairly equal runtimes with WW/nados

Thanks for the input m8. The main issues I noticed is low life (29k) and my resist are lacking some (around 700 buffed). May try to get IK but some of those are crazy expensive and I only have 46M to spend at the moment.
