Dex can help Barbs. Dodge rating is nice. He probably gained atleast 3% dodge from that ring. So for all of you shitting on it cuz dex get jealous over it.

since when str+dex + dex ends with 73 dex, only with reallllly bad rolls (which i really doubt, i dont think it's even possible, i'm not sure which is the minimum tier of +dex affix that is possible to spawn on a 62 ring)
if it had +dex the dex would be as high as str (150ish str , 130-150ish dex)

no.. it's a 6 prop ring.
Stats can spawn as low as 15 on a 62 ring, when one mod spawns much higher on a dual stat affix the other is lacking, this is what was happened here.
Maybe a little research before you go on this rant?
