And to me it seems like this would turn into some pretty nice adds (such as socket, crit dmg, life on hit) but NO additional attributes such as str, vit, int or even + elemental dmg. So I think you'd end up with a nice dagger IF it had a +elemental roll which it won't.

But I don't know for sure of course, ID it and tell us what you had
