i still dont think ive ever seen a tank character shit on some inferno pony mobs

pony mobs hit for like 15k, so if they have fire chains, plagued, electrified, shielding i will most likely get overwhelmed when my 50% RNG fails me (just one of those, not all them ).
but i could just lure them to a corner and fight em one at a time if i really had to. or could just use deadly reach and afk kill em

barbs can do it

well pretty much every tank character ive seen gets raped almost instantly so that doesnt sound to bad

my barb could stand up to the regular enemies just wandering around but id get raped by elites

and IMO in like another 3-4 months im willing to bet inferno every act (even ponies) will be laughably easy by most people, and all the people bitching about it being to hard will just look stupid.

because you're not a Wizard or Demon Hunter.
