so lets say theres an issue with the game
the tech department perposes 2 resolutions, one fixes the issue, the second fixes the issue and helps to make the game more console compatiable.
some one comes along and stipulates that this aspect was made solely to enhance the games console compatibility.
i think this is where the disagreement lies.
aspects of the game might seem to be soely to increase console compatibility, but for all we know it might be a simple programing issue that stemmed the aspect.
You can look at it that way, or you can look at it this way:
There is an issue with the game and the tech dep. starts to brainstorm solutions.
1st and favoured solution: Isn't console compatible, so they throw it out.
2nd favoured solution: Also isn't console compatible, throw it out.
3rd solution: Happens to be console compatible, so they use it.
Because the fact of the matter is that Diablo 3 IS being developed for console, this is not theory, this is proven fact.
