Very nice.
I wish there was an open world but not gonna happen :(

It's suppost to be an open world. He said there will be different worlds on this game. Meaning you can be in that world with abunch of people. The instant join feature is almost like pressing for dungeon runs on wow. When you press it and it take you to where you can level with other people that are same level as you. They already said it would have more events, storyline, and more to offer than any of the previous games they've made (wow,sc,etc.).

By the way the game is already done. Yes people have already played the demo. Bad thing is you have to go wherever blizzon con holds there events. They don't go my percentage of the game. They know when its done when they know when its done. From the views already of blizzcon. Gamers from all over went and Jay said they enjoyed the game. Which means they know it's done. Only thing to add is new texture and that 5th character. Also, new update on 5th character will we get to see it this year? Who knows, but the chance of seeing it is high. I plan on traveling to where the next event will be at. Hopefully I can take the camcorder inside and get a good view of everything.

The release date of sc2 should be this month and wow sometime this year. Diablo III could be January 1st, 2011 when all sales go on. That's my prediction since the game is already done and they want to release it at a certain time where sales are good. So after christmas would work out good.

Even if they are done with the world and all the monsters and such, I doubt that the game is absolutely finished.
Blizzard will probably take a whole lot of time tryin' to make everything perfect, stabilizing the economics, voice acting and such.

No, I'd still say that the game won't be released until late 2011-2012

This again? You are a trusted member, yet you give out false information like it's fact everywhere I go. Where to start? okay, first of all.. They said there will be more content/storyline etc for previous INSTALLMENTS OF THE SERIES, I.E. Diablo 1 and 2, not WoW or SC. You have to be insane if you think Diablo 3 will come anywhere near the content WoW has/will have.

The game IS NOT DONE, Just because people can play a 10-15 minute demo of a very small confined area with most of the systems turned off(runes/newskill system/respec ETC) doesn't mean it's close to finished. Proof? See starcraft:ghost for a good example, they had demos of that in 2005.. Now look at it, it's cancelled. They had playable demos of SC2 in 2008. It's now hopefully getting released late 2011 early 2012.(They say mid-summer)

Edit: I read that part a little wrong, my bad, but on a lighter note, they are done with the major engines/decisions, but that doesn't mean they are close. They have to actually create the content now, which like they said a few times, is the most time-consuming part of it.
They have also revamped many systems since blizzcon, the skill trees arn't skill trees anymore, they are some new type of talent system.

They havn't even started the itemization(they know a few ideas of it though) and they still don't have big things like a working auction house and they havn't even started the development that takes part of Battle.net 2.0(Matchmaking, channels, etc) and they have only touched pvp.

P.S. Blizzard doesn't care when they release their games, they have always been at random dates. My assumption is june 28th, D2 and LoD were released on june 28th and D3 was announced june 29th(1 day off sadly, but you can see they want a trend.)

Bolded 2 sections... because it is your assumption based on previous dates does not make it a rule that they (optimum word THEY) are trying to stay to a trend.

Did not quote most of what you said... but I take these points into account.
1. they have a team for creating the engine
2. they have a team for creating the images
3. they have a team for working out the storylines
4. they have a team of programmers working out the game play
5. etc... etc... etc

Now... with that said... they are all working together on many things... thus it will not be much of a hassle

The Female Witch Doctor!

Most believe the fearsome witch doctor of the umbaru race a legend, but I have seen one in battle with my own eyes. And it was difficult to believe, even then. He dispatched his opponent with terrifying precision, assaulting his victim's mind and body with elixirs and powders that evoked fires, explosions, and poisonous spirits. As if these assaults were not enough, the witch doctor also had at his command the ability to summon undead creatures from the netherworld to rend the flesh from his enemy's body.

I came upon this rare display as I ventured deep into the interior of the dense Torajan jungles that cover the southern tip of the great eastern continent, in the vast area known as the Teganze, with the goal of seeking out the tribes that reside there. This area is extremely secluded, and heretofore unseen by foreign eyes. I was fortunate to befriend the witch doctor I saw in battle, and, through him, his tribe: the Tribe of the Five Hills.

The culture of the umbaru of the lower Teganze is fascinating and perplexing to those hailing from more civilized walks of life. For instance, the Tribe of the Five Hills frequently engages in tribal warfare with both the Clan of the Seven Stones and the Tribe of the Clouded Valley, but these are matters of ritual and not of conquest. I had heard tales that these wars are waged in order that the victors may replenish their supply of raw materials for the human sacrifices that their civilization revolves around, and when I timidly asked my hosts more about this topic, I must admit their laughter made me fear for my safety. However, through stumbled attempts at communication of such complex topics as what constitutes heroism and honor in their society, I gathered that only those taken in battle are considered worthy of the ritual sacrifice, much to my relief.

Will Diablo 3 play through my Diablo 2 account on battle.net or will it allow me to make a fresh username on a different server? I don't think I asked my question properly...

What I mean is can I re-make the same account name I had on Diablo 2 and create that same name on Diablo 3? I'm not sure what servers Diablo 3 will be on. I'm assuming they'll have US East, US West, Asia, Europe and all the different realms?
