True. I have a barb that can do MP8 but I really miss the challenge with him, however I do not want to sell him. I can use the gems though. Should i get 20+ mil to make Demon Hunter worth farming MP2+ or I can do it with 4-10mil?
BTW for 4 M what wizard build/gear is there? link? thanks

Most people don't recommend small budget demon hunters

My advice to new DHs is to not even bother under 100m Budget (even that is a bad budget) specially if you don't have a way to produce more money efficiently.

Building a decent DH with 100m takes a lot of knowledge and well-priced/sniped purchases.

Really, people fail to understand that DHs are probably the weakest class when it comes to being able to handling mp3+ EFFICIENTLY (there is a HUGE difference between being able to stay alive and progress through the route/act/run in a timely manner)

20-25m Barbs can handle what 100-200m DHs can handle more efficiently. This applies to just about everyother class as well, a 50-100m Archon Wiz can destroy the hell out of mp1-3 while being glass cannon but it doesn't matter because they one-shot everything and two-shot elites.

For 20-25m Barb you are getting a 15 min Alkaizer Route in mp2-3
For 20-25m DH you are getting a DH that will get through mp0 with about the speed of a barb in mp2-3 witch little to no chance at mp3.

You want to start a DH? -- You need 100m+ to make it worth your while.

Exactly, or a 100mil Barb can MP10 Uber w/ no huge issues. Whereas as a DH you probably will NEVER solo a uber, let alone MP8+

No, The new dead man's legacy can get around 300Dex/300Vita, as well as up to 20attack speed.

It depends on what you are going for. High DPS, attack speed, what are you farming? Speed runs for XP? Higher mp's for loot? w/ a group? Solo?

oh wow, didnt know there are new dead man's. well im playing solo and doing xp a3 speed runs for xp on mp0.. and im feeling like i need more frw, ias, max discipline and crit dmg =/

whats a good lifepool? 36k too much for a dh?
