Ok cheers for that, what is considered low increased fire damage? Skimmed for a few minutes lowest I found was a 10%, is that low enough or am I wanting like 5-9%?

I think your main problem is that your critical chance is very very low.... In that case, it is obvious that you have problems generating enough Fury from Into the Fray due to the nerfed Sprint.

Try hit around 30% from gears alone, and 40% with Ruthless/default. If you are using Axe/Mace Mastery, then you need like 50% cc.. And if you are using Mighty Weapon Mastery instead, then 40% cc is ample.

does the speed of offhand affect the speed of tornado/ww ticks?
what kind of res and vit should i be aiming for? if im getting more cc then those defensive stats have to be lowered....since i dont have couple hundred mil

Yes, aps of the off-hand matters in the ticking rate of the tornadoes. But for ww, you need a high dps weapon for off-hand as well. Though it has been said almost 80 to 90 percent of the damage comes from Sprint, however while generating Fury, you are using skills like Bash or Frenzy. A Low attack speed or a low dps off-hand can severely affect your barb's performance. Remember ww barbs are not tankers literally, most have only 40k life and 600ar. If you cannot Life Steal enough when Bashing for Fury, you will be in some trouble as you might take in too much damage than you can leech back.

I have ~7k armour, ~800ar, and ~45klife. I also have ~77k in-screen-damage and my barb can only take mostly MP5.

IF you have to lower your defensice stats in order to get the minimum required cc, then you have to play with lower MP.


The problem for having a low CC is due to a number of reasons:

1) Your Mempo doesn't have any Crit Chance. Need around 4.0% cc at least. I hope you have not paid too much for this helm basically not a right Mempo for a ww barb.
2) Your Rare ring. Can get around 4.0% cc as well.
3) Your Lacuni. Can get higher CC as well. Around 4.5% cc.
4) You are using Hellfire Ring, a loss in a hugh chunk of cc right There. You may need to compensate that by having a Different Belt such as Lamentation Belt, or use a higher CC amulet with 7.5% cc or more, or Use Inna's Pants/Ice Climbers Combo.

Depending on your budget, you have to determine which upgrades to go first.

If you have a really tight budget, then my suggestion is to change your off-hand totally. Though Spears have good damage, it is too slow. Change to a Sword instead with like at least ~800dps/os/~200str/LS/CD. Next, you have to change your Rare ring. Lastly, sell away your Mempo and get a Rare Helm with at least ~75str/~75vit/~60ar/4.0%cc/os

really? I'm already on mp6 with inferior stats

Yea I am still at MP5. MP6 becomes slower, and I pick up more igg with MP5 per hour basis.

Are you a hybrid? You don't seems to have a Fury Generator.... that's the problem.... For a ww barb, you need certain skills setup essentially... You can't omit them... I don't think mixing weapon throw into this build will work...
