I assume u mean the melee dmg passive blur which reduces physcial attacks by 20%?
Also, ur resists have to be crazy good to face tank, are you using force armor or prismatic armor?

blur i use but wat i meant was the first teleport rune where u get a 30% dmg reduce for 4 sec after use which with illusionist can be pretty constant maintained
once they nerfed force armor i went straight into prismatic. u can see my stats on page 49 which was 1-2days ago

I played through whole inferno with force. With (depending on gear) 33 - 38k hp and resistances from 400 to 550 it basically never breaks, even at ponies or a4.
So well. If you don't have >800 resistances without prismatic, I'd say go with force. Especially when you have >30k hp. At least that's my experience. Xplicits and I have very different builds, equip-wise. Good to have different points of view :)

What 3 passives do u use? I'm thinking about just doing Galvanizing Ward, Illusionist and Blur?

Illusionist is a must if you teleport. Glass Cannon is a must in general.
Third one is pretty free. Cold Blooded if you use the Frost Beam thingie, Galvanizing Ward is a possibility... personally, I prefer Astral Presence, but I tend to play uneconomical. Matter of taste. Wouldn't use Blur if you use force armor, cannot imagine the 20% apply after force armor triggers and reduced the damage to 35% of your health anyways. Not sure here though.

The beginning of a3 is the easiest part of the game for a wizard, in my opinion (other than tristram zombies maybe). He looks just as I looked. And that's not really hard.
The towers in a3 lateron are another story. Stupid Licker-Demons and Phasebeasts will kill you as soon as you enter the screen :P

Idk, it seems like its gonna be hard for me to get 1.4k vit and 1.9k int with 500 resists, I'd have to drop down to 12% movement and pick up some newer gear, thoughts on going from 25 to 12?

Read the last 2 pages. Also, why 1.4k vit? I have 800 and some %life and do just fine.

Yeah, you can do with like 60% of those stats as long as you kite effectively and have a good knowledge of monster spawns/behavior
