So guys, for those of you interested in the strafe build. -- Demolition Rune Test --
After doing quite a bit of testing on mp2 azmo, when I equip my DML with 20% Attack speed and 288 Dex over the 10% attack speed with 285 Dex I kill Azmo on average over 10 Kills Attempts at 1.5 Seconds faster (thefore Attack speed affects Strafe DPS).
When I equip my Witching Hour with 9% attack Speed 99 Dex and 46% Crit Dmg over my Inna's Favor with 8% Holy and 159 Dex the azmo kill time with the 19% attack speed increased set up is faster than the no attack speed set up by an average of 3 seconds over 10 Azmodan kills.
I believe that the reason for this happening is that grenades are proc'd/shot out at a faster rate with higher attack speed from the Demolition rune -- I have not tried this with Rocket storm yet.
Now, when you increase your attack speed by 10% or 19% like I did during the hatred drain is MUCH bigger. When I had the 19% set up I would get to about 0-10% Hatred BUT with the 0% attack speed increased my Hatred never dropped below 40-50%.
How you choose to apply attack speed into your gear should be based on your ability to keep up the perma strafe/pick up radius/hatred regen in gear.

Tried it one more time and i picked up a frenzied shrine put on the other 19% and it would have been the fastest run by far except for the running out of hatred which turned it into the slowest of all runs haha
