You are not a WW barb.

Belt - get life steal
Boots - 12movement speed
Gloves - get some cc / crit dmg
Bracers - cc
Jewelry - more crit dmg, dont loose crit chance

Overall, you can sarafice 20k life for more dps, you dont need mroe than 40k life on mp5-6.

New andy helm. +30 str +3 attack speed + 1.5 crit chance. Make sure you find one with a really low increased fire damage.

Attack speed + crit chance + whatever you can get on both rings. Its much more important than crit damage.

Main hand get axe 1.30 aps. Get dagger off hand 1.50 aps.
Both with socket and additional crit damage.
At least off hand with life steal and/or loh pending dps. Both would be better.
