I did a1 inferno with roughly 10k dps, afterwards you should definitely get more. A better weapon (especially with that much fg) should be your first priority whatsoever, Lancelot suggested it already and he's right there.
Stacking resistances is a process, you won't be able to go from 0 to 500 in a minute, but that should be second priority, especially if you're at the end of a2.
HP-wise you should aim for something above 30ish k, depending on your resistances. More is always better, but eh.
Int... sooner or later you want ~1.8 - 2k.
I suggest you start with a decend weapon, get two nice int/ias rings with it (if you only get those stats, they're like 20k on AH with 70 int) and maybe also an int/ias amulet, just for a start. With it you should have 2 aps and that's enough for now.
Also, invest in those boots with +12% frw (and int on them). This should render you able to get through until you can afford all res gear with int, vit, %life, ias and frw on it (depending - ias on gloves, frw on boots ofc).
If you have further questions, feel free to hit me up with a pm and I'll add you ingame orso.
Thanks that will help alot !

Try to get a 12-15% faster run boots (i think max is 15%?) - with blizzard, good knowledge of your environment to catch the enemies on the walls and impassable ground, and teleport with fracture, I have been able to survive anything in A1. It may take a while for hydra and blizzard to kill a really tough fast elite, but I won't die.
Your dps is too low - I'm doing something like 38kdps and it still takes a bit of time to kill some of the elites in A1. I was doing fine by 25kdps.
I know that in A1, energy shield/force armor still works - that might help.
I use the same skill set as the Guy who posted this topic, Instead of Cold blooded I use the 15% cooldown reduction though.
So after Act 1 Force armor is useless ?
