People are split on ms. Some think 25 is something to aim for. Others myself included feel 12 is enough. One hander and source is better assuming you can get a good source with useful mods. 2.0 ias is good to aim for but more is always better. No resists from int is not enough. At endgame you might have 1800 or so int which translates to 180 res all. Unless you're going for total glass canon

agree on all parts. I've solo'd inferno all the way with 12% frw and I've never felt the need for more, especially seeing what (int / vit / allres) I would need to sacrifice for it.
But I also agree that it's a matter of personal taste.

12% FRW is enough for the majority of mobs, except for elites with fast modifiers. Then the 25% is nice.

Also, 25% gives you a hell lot more breathing space vs someone like Siegebreaker than 12%. But I will try to beat Siegebreaker with 12%.

Yeah, 12% is just barely enough for Siegebreaker unless you take a major tanking setup

I don't recall having even the slightest of problems with Siegebreaker with 12 frw. Oo
And no, I don't have >1k resis or >70k dps.

dps

Edit: a while back in the thread it was established that ias does increase hydra damage. Not sure about crit though.

From what I can understand, even 25% is not enough for fast mobs. With 12% MS if the mob is too fast, I lay down a line of blizzards to slow them with a hydra in the middle. If they catch me, I teleport and repeat. With so many mobs having closing abilities in a3+ (tongue, teleport, fast, charge, jailer, vortex) I'm not convinced 25% MS will be too helpful. But that is speculation on my part as I've never had 25% MS. I did siegebreaker fine with 12% and teleport (fracture). He might have hit me 2-3 times during the fight, but with resists and fracture, everytime he hits you you can teleport away and put some distance between you. As long as you avoid getting one shot by the charge it's not hard with 12.

Yeah 12 is doable. But without any at all he'll almost certainly catch you

I'm struggling with my Wizard right now @ Inferno Act 1 , I think it's just my gear that is a problem but I really don't know which item I should change first .

Would be fun if someone can help me with this.
