Put on my newly found fart pants. :D

300% dmg per second around me forever. haha

It'll be on til I get a Hexing pants.

Left the CW dmg mod so I can use this on my Fire monk when I get the Hexing.

youre not using a spirit generator because of having epiphany on almost constantly right?

How is your flow of eternity going. Do you like it over using dual wield? Whats your dual wields, youd be using if you werent using Flow of eternity?

Just got a really well rolled lidless wall today. I may give it a go. Any suggested gear to go with a shield setup. We were talking about using a shield earlier.

Just looking for ideas to go with it or build.

also kim, you have soo much Health globe bonus, and I notcied druin does aswell. But neither of you are using transcendence. Is it because of the cdr, and skills like srenity and sss that allow you to be invulnerable alot of the time?

Yes!

On my CDR monk, I'm rarely "tanking" anything since I get to constantly avoid the dmg.

I have a couple different options on the skill set and gear set. It usually depends on which skill I use for that CS slot.

I'm like 10 seconds off the Epiphany mode per cycle, so yeah, never really have a spirit problem. But I do have my Air Ally on tab for some occasions where I spam several CS on a row in a party game.

I will have a luxury of not running the Air Ally at all once I get another Royal ring and Hexing pants. Royal ring will add another 10% CDR from the Born's set. Hexing will increase my dmg and spirit regen by like 25%.

That will allow me to run one of the Mantras or EP. When I solo, sometimes I switch CS to Inner Sanctuary Forbidden Place for huge dmg boost and toughness in the IS.

On my current gear level, I can run efficiently up to T4. It's fast.

Once I get my Royal ring + Hexing pants + SOJ, T6 should be a fun place to play. :)

If I go dual wield, I'm planning to go with Born's sword (10% CDR) and TF (10% CDR). Then, swap out the chest for Cindercoat and pants for fart pants.

TF can be swapped for AZ Fist for EP boost. That works really well for T5 and T6.

This will make a perma Epiphany Fire LTK monk.

Like I said, I rarely tank any dmg, so Transcendence is just not needed. But the reason I stack health globe bonus is that, if I do get hits from whatever, I can simply TR through the mobs to grab that globe on the ground. With the globe bonus, I can be at full hp with just couple globes.

And this can be a huge bonus for Fire melee spec if I ever want to switch for fun. So many monk skills benefit from globe bonus.

The best secondary stats for monk should be 160 RES + 30K globe bonus always because there's no better secondary stats available.

I want to keep my bonus globe above +100k for sure.

hmm interesting. I need to get my other monk up to 70 ASAP. Si i can try this, but i keep delaying.

I seem to have all the required gear for a pretty geared cdr monk. Hexing pants, kekegis, soj, Rorg, crimsons, borns...

I cant figure out what weapon I'd use alongside Borns. I have a Pig sticker that might be nice that I could roll cdr on.

I dont have a fire weapon, tons of lightning weapons, but i dont know if lightning would be useful for cdr?

Youve gone Holy, is there a particular reason youve chosen that route?

I think my biggest issue, is figuring out what element I'd go with. I'm very lacking in fire gear.

You can go with whichever elemental dmg type you want to run. It's pretty open in terms of builds.

If you see my 2nd monk, I run IS and Epiphany to take advantage of my CDR mix. I have like 40% at the moment. It helps cycle those skills.

I went with Holy dmg because my dmg skill is SSS Fulminating Onslaught. I specifically got SSS dmg on shoulder and chest for this reason as well.

What do you think are the core skills of a zdps monk?

exploding palm
cyclone strike
those 2 above are must.

anything more that is a must?

like is Inner sanctuary a must? or conviction?

Anyways, here's a very funny joke on the blizz forum

Can't believe something as shit as that gets recognition.

Mantra of conviction would be a decent help to the party, if you want to go all out tank there is the 20% resistance boost mantra of healing (if you don't want dodge lol)

Crippling wave: breaking wave. I find is a must.

I try and get in a couple of those. I honestly think Epiphany desert shroud is pretty essential. For spirit regen, and teleporting and putting the EP dot on enemies.

Sometimes you get stuck in hallways with larger enemies and mobility becomes an issue, great time to pop Epiphany and just teleport+EP enemies.

Im in my gear setup now. I do T5 no prob. If Im doing T6 I just rearrange my rolls a bit for higher toughness. Like put on a shield. I dont really die in T5, unless i have shit dps with me lol.
