Here are the three levels :
Level 1 : sustain wotb for one elite pack
Level 2 : sustain wotb for one area
Level 3 : sustain wotb for one area , without the use of warcry impunity
most of us are at level 1 , we are able to kill off an elite pack with wotb before we plow through normal creeps and hit the next pack
some of us are at level 2 where we could sustain wotb for the entire area , e.g. cursed tower level 1
we achieve this by having fury items like 5 piece IK , mighty wpn main hand with weapon mastery passive , lacuni prowlers / tyreal's chestpiece / whatever that brings you up to 24% run walk , soj to deal less damage to normal creeps to feed fury off the normal creeps yet kill them off after like 2 seconds
for level 3 , you need godly items that allow you to forgo the use of warcry impunity , saving the space for the current OP skill ( rend atm ? overpower or any skill could be used here too )
Level 2.5 atm
anyone use 5IKs and can confirm you get fury bonus +2 on every single hit? ie frenzy/reverberation/etc?
