thats my point. 42 = 60 minus 1 affix for -18 lvl req.thats not mld, thats just hld minus 1 affix on each of your items. well at least thats my opinion.

i am making a 42 to pk bad lvl 60s

if i fail i fail but the bracket is that to me

if your character duels against a higher level than you, all your armor and resist will be ignored by said person and their damage will be amplified against you. so regardless of your build and tankiness, you'll get one shot'd. not that you can duel lvl 60 anyways since you cant hop on inferno if youre not lvl 60.

Unfortunately i think this is the case in diablo 3, however i think 42 will be a very challenging and fun bracket due to the difficulty in finding gear but still having a large variety of some of the main skills for characters.





There doesn't have to be one specific bracket either, as in d2 we came to realise a lot of levels had there benifits, thus 9/12/14/15/18/21/25/29/30/39/49/59 were born.

It will come down to who wants to play which bracket for which reasons they have.

A 41 bracket would be just as good as a 42 bracket, just without the -lv18 req lv 60 gear.

At the end of the day though, gear wise in lld, it will be primary a game of scooping up -lv req items to achieve higher than normally possible stats for any tier 30 and above.

This is why i look forward to a lv19 or lv20 bracket as well
