Again guys, I dedicated my entire stuff to this build, that's why it's as efficient as any builds you dedicated your stuff for. The funny thing is that on the PTR, elites and thrash mobs have less HP's than our current MP10, guess it's gonna be really easier.


Depends if I use legacy nats or non legacy.

legacy im at 190k unbuff with soj or 220k with hellfire
non legacy im at 250k unbuff with soj (cant remember with my hellfire) also I have like 87k life with my non legacy setup lol but im built more for pvp than pvm

but yeah I cant see how it would make that much difference, don't know 1 dh that facerolls mp10 but I know a lot of barbs and monks that do

Actually, while testing for my video I tried shiruken cloud and it produces massive E-DPS but it still did not match the 2 builds I used. The main thing I like about shiruken cloud were the Life Steal% and the amount of times it ticks giving me lots of hatred from the Marked For Death.

Bait the trap, specially with high end gear, gives sooo much e-dps its crazy I put it in place of Marked and it came very close, tried shiruken instead of marked well...that was horrible lol.

I was running 402k DPS unbuffed with SOJ as well.

There are no needs for Old Nat in this build. You got too much EHP too. Here is my profil: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Lylli-2390/hero/11588666 (as you can see my Reflection isn't adapted for this build)
There aren't any reason for me to lie, I played a lot with my DH, 1.3K hours I think, I was struggling on MP7-8 with 460K DPS, just switched to this build and now I can farm everywhere, fast and smooth. I just wanted to share the update I made on this template, but I guess it will be more reliable with a video =).

Bait the Trap is cool if you don't have enough %CHC. I do have 67%, that's why I switched for Jaggered Spike. 3*275% in 5s, E-DPS gets a lot better.

I had 69.5% after Bait the traps, I tried jagged as well they tickle as they can't crit, when i used this rune my legacy DH did better Ghom time.

Please Lylli post videos, I'd greatly appreciate it, also guys I need ideas for specs vs Ghom -- if you guys watch my stream tomorrow you can suggest it live as i try it.

Also, lylli please try mp10 ghom with your set up and post a video here.

Thanks for all the feed back guys lets do some good theorycrafting with proof! we can share gear now that PTR is up as well and play EU with US :D

Good idea to do a stress test vs Ghom, I'll try out this after work ! I'll make a video without a new nat (or maybe there will be a good one when i'll check)

Shuriken cloud+Rapid fire with rockets+bait the trap+sentry+punishment against Ghom. It's shit in other cases or if you have high aps. Rapid fire quiver+SoJ is must ofc.
Rapid fire snapshots lifesteal, so you only have to use shadow power once.

I have tried a variation on this build with rapid Fire using a perfect rapid fire SOJ (cold) + cull the weak and near perfect rapid fire DML (low vit but 323 Dex 20% ias 10cc) combining Punishment as well, but I like where you are going with this I think marked (with hatred generating rune) is a must for this combined with Shiruken it makes great for hatred generating so i could not use sentry, I also tried the SP with extra life steal rune because of the life steal% snap shot.

Keep in mind guys skills that don't crit hurt you in these timed tests, gotta push the limits of Damage and hope your survive lol.

Even at 69.5% cc based on the many times I tried it, it was how many crits I got that made the biggest difference, some Quarters of Ghom's life took longer than others simply because of Crit RNG.

the time in the video was not even my fastest but still was not much faster.

DHs are by far the worst solo farmer in the game. And while you can kill fine it's just way too slow and relys on the mobs standing still (ie. kiting them to doorways/narrow corridors.)

Also killing elites in 8 secounds without using an soj?

agree think some things he has said seem to be exaggerated

but we will see when we see a video just how effective this build really is!
