A3 is decent for me, not efficient as other classes. Probably the least efficient class for farming. I am able to kill the majority of elites without barely any kiting, the hulking phasebeast and succubus elites are the one I have to kite due to their attack pattern. I also bulk up my templar so he was able to survive and tank most of the elites except for desecration or some form of ground aoe attacks. Invulnerable is easy depend on the elite. I'll just spirit walk in, activate soul harvest, drop wall of zombie on the elite,s and burst them down within seconds.
Survivability is not a problem for me. I tried having high res and high armor with 40k hp, I was able to take hits but not effective as high hp if I am not going the LoH route. So having high hp with splinter with moderate res and armor, I am able to take more hits and with soul harvest on top of 423 res is enough. Also refilling those hp is easy after clearing out the groups, health globes do drop a ton.
