On d2 you had to wait many years till high level duelers got bored enough to create a new division of dueling. Same with d3, if lld here would ever even make sense to exist
And why level 30?? Just cause it was lvl 30 on d2? If there's EVER gonna be d3 lld i doubt it's going to be that level

not just stat ranges determined the lvl caps in d2. skills did also. plus some people would just make a random lvl to use a certain item.

10-20-30 are the best d3 lvl imo cuz of the passive slots. makes the builds more versatile




have you even looked at the game? lvl 30 makes sense. the goal is to make characters more versitile and therefore more customizable.

these two things help create balance and more builds.

I think the items are good, but i can't really rate because i don't know the max rolls.
Maybe you posted it a bit too early though?
Maybe shed some insight, or a link to the max rolls so people can appreciate the rarity of such items.

Yes I can post the max rolls.

Keep in mind its much harder to find low level items with max rolls then high just because of the nitch amount of people who actually look/post them no to mention not being knowledgeable about the affixes.



Normal level 30 weps max affix's
+ 6-14 dmg
4% speed
dmg/vit roll of 55/55
single stat roll of 71
socket

most other mods are not aspired at low lvls, including crit dmg which has little affect (but some), its max is 30%.


lv 31-36 weps max affix's
11-25 dmg
4% speed
dmg/vit roll of 78/78
single stat roll of 81
socket
35% crit

As for all other items its the same basic numbers
dmg vit roll of 37/37
single stat roll of 41
socket of 2 in chest and 2 in pants, one in all other socketable items.
15 to any single resistance
13 life replenish (with the exception of amulets that i know of that can get 19)

The best jewerly you could find would be
5-10 dmg
5% speed
19 life rep
135 dmg stat
55 vit
1 soc

rings

5-10 dmg
5% speed
11 life rep
The stats are anywhere from 44-88 vit/dmg vice versa depending on your preference
1 soc
