Had to try this guide out, but I think I'm lacking something?
I'm not dying very often, but I really need some more vita I think.

Could anyone give me some advice on which items I should replace/change? Imo I think a better Skorn could help (300+dex/300+vita/160+cd).

I have about 9 mio to upgrade :)

Unless i'm just not seeing it, you didn't include your profile so it's kinda hard to help ya :)

But most Tempest rush monks play in MP0, or at the most MP1, so having a lot of VIT isn't really necessary. I would imagine 30k life with about 700 LOH is plenty to never die in MP0, but a low budget monk can still easily have 40k life.

As for Skorn, don't bother with one with VIT and DEX, it will cost too much. Just input 300 dex, 150 Crit damage in the AH, then buy the highest damage one that fits your budget. No need to spend over 5 million. The difference between a 5 million Skorn and a 50 million Skorn in actual playability is pretty small.

If you are going to spend extra gold, there are only 2 places you should be spending it. Stone of Jordan and Inna's Radiance, BOTH with over 2 spirit / second. With those 2 items, plus skills and passives, you can either use cyclone with sweeping wind, or use mantra of conviction instead of healing.

hey there, didnt see a TR topic, considering no search tab for strategy and guides (which is a crime). But thanks to Believer (jsp user) I found this.

Ummm first off, theres alot your neglecting, what's important to all successful TR builds... your Spirit Regen (which is #1), Crit Chance, Life on Hit (your dps too low for life steal) and Vitality... life regen is great if all the above is met first, Useless without
Also, not to mention your gear and skill set, now.... your head is in the right place. but I know from looking at what ur sitting on... your walking alot.. (meaning not TR'ing), looking for something to hit to regen spirit.

So, here is a few must b4 you can move further...

Spirit Regen: Shouldn't be below 12 per second IMO (yes, its 10 per sec to use TR) but you need some give. considering its more to start it, and you might need to charge other skills in the process.
Life: 22k, will never cut it. 35k minimum 33+ on good solid builds.
Crit chance: Never below 40%, or all u will be doing is chasing the stragglers, and killing your spirit. (hence why u need more then 10 ps regen in the first place ^^)

Any input on hat to do with this TR build? I've dabbled around a bit with different skill set ups to manage spirit, currently I'm at 12.39 when I get my three stacks of SW up. res is 606...

all the attack speed you have on your items is affecting your spirit cost. you kinda wanna avoid attack speed when doing this build.

get rid of fleet foot, use Chant of Resonance, too many benefits to it to not use it, keeps up your mantra for 7 minutes, and gives spirit regens (set it and forget it ^^)
This will also free up your sweeping wind's rune to use cyclone, spans out nicley and does lots of damage.
Serenity, Seven sided strike IMO shouldnt be used, instead of those I perfer blinding flash for elites to melt em fast using FoT/Thunderclap, and Breathe of Heaven/Blazing Wrath, for heal and 15% extra damage for 45 seconds

Reason to not use Serenity and seven sided Strike:
FoT/Thunderclap will teleport u out of traps, blinding flash stuns elites and enhances your damage 30%, so melting them shouldnt be a problem to need the use of Serenity.
Seven Sided Strike, NN for explanation, for one cool downs sucks, so ur not using it that often and Breathe of Heaven/Blazing Wrath in its place will benefit u more for sure.

Yeah, this is helpful, thanks! I'll switch (back) to BoH/BW though getting chant of resonance and replacing sweeping wind lands me at 10.89 spirit/sec (losing 1s/s before percentage buffs) and that might be too low. Any thoughts on getting around that? Since I would like to avoid using soj it seems hard unless I sink a lot of gold in to a really high innas helm, or get a xephirian amulet which either would cost me a lot of gold or a lot of dps... thoughts?
