Ofc, u should never choose a insanely low dps OH now(200-500dps), since we know that OH dps does affect part of the 30% damage output.

With this website you can calculate your mainhand dps. Your mainhand DPS is responsible for 80 % of your actual dps. Forget about screen dps for tornado ww barb.

You realize that the more damage you get on offhand the more it contributes to whirlwind right?
With crap offhand ww might be 30% damage, if you get a godly main hand that percentage could be much higher.
