Nope, just didnt get around to it.
But its no more than 35mins. for a complete run. I obviously dont do barracks/bunkers/cyder outpost all those mega caves.
Its not worth the running/low minions/low elitepacks. I only do the bits i listed and that takes 35 mins but i will post exact timings in all of the next 10 runs.

and why is this better than for example killing SB and walking all the way to Azmo, including Cydea?

Killing siegebreaker - means i gotta take the quest so i lose all the waypoints. This will slow me down hugely. Because with the arreats craters you'd want to use the waypoint marker as the
the path not to take while on berserker. and it gives sense of direction of where you are. Also I like to do reverse running meaning taking wp ahead of another wp and doing it in reverse. It just makes things
much faster, for me.

with my ww barb im doing the cydea quest, but first i clear the top of the bastion, includin stonefort and others, just walking from town to the very end of it, then keep, fields and all the way down to Azmo from crater lvl1
i'll try this reverse thing later, once my hc wiz is lvl60

btw im lvl12 with my barb, and zero set/legendary...same with my DH. farming normal act2 from oasis to Belial for Leoric's, but after 30ish runs my legendary count is zero
