Nah was lucky enough to have a week off work just as d3 launched so I was one of the first monks into act 3 inferno which netted me some nice gold before botters ruined the economy too badly.
Found a 3 socket 160 int tyreals which I sold to areas for 35 mil, bought my weapon for 20 mil shortly after when that was a bucket load of gold.
Since than I only really farm 4-5 hrs a week, I do act 3 runs with a speed and mf switch kit which lets me do act 3 clears in 45-50 min and normally nets me (with Exploding Palm glitch) around 3-4 inventories of 60+ rares. Normally make 5-10 mil every couple of runs, the rest has been drop crafting luck.
I'm not adverse to spending 20-30 bucks on the RMAH but there is no way im dropping the $250 a slot id need for upgrades on virtual items so the $1000-1200 ive made selling them has been profit.
