Seriously, is the only area you can get it to work @ Cydaea?
Or can it be as long as you dash into a cut-scene?

Well Gondon might be right, i died to get out of that area once i charged in

I've only gotten it to work at Cydaea but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to get it to work at any cut scene. It looks like you can tell if it works or not by watching the end of the charge. If there is no little wake effect after your barb stops then usually its good but if you see that little brown dust thing come up at the end of the charge it doesn't seem to work. At least thats what I've noticed on mine. Someone earlier said they got it to work on Ghom though.
