You wont make it to do enough damage on most of the packs out there, but yes I do agree that it looks nice theoreticly:)

On another note. I've seen that d2jsp is interested in finding some guides to make sticky. I could make some spec like solo, burst, long range, secure spec etc. if people were interested in things like that.
This is just the build which I find way better than the others all around. But there will for sure be other spec which were better in specific situations.

Last thing. Thanks for the donation really appriciated. I guess that is what it will take for me to make some kickass overall WD guide for all kind of situations:)


So the wd should be build like a pure glass cannon? I should just swap out all vita and resistance gear for ias/+dmg/+int gear?

I have a bunch of ias on ammy and gloves (still looking for rings)
My weapon is a 819.7 sword
I have 2 mojos the one for more damage has these stats

99-189+dmg
89 intell

my other mojo i use for more life if i need it is

48-194+dmg
27 Dex
82 intell
69 vitality

Currently getting stuck at phase 2 of diablo with a group =/ .. let me know if you need to see more stuff you are welcome to come check me out in a game too.

It depends on the group I'd say. If you have enough to block for you, I'd say go for the glass cannon :)
But you may have to change it for fights like Dia on inferno. I didn't find him challenging at all on Hell, but that's a whole other story I assume.
I can't get through rakanoth atm, and it seems that wizard is the only class who can do so. I haven't been stuck before I ran into rakanoth, so if I can get that fella down, I should be able to kill dia. But I am not into glitching or getting throw him without killing him legit.

Phase 2 of diablo is where those illusions spawn. Try not to kill them but to run away from them, they'll despawn after ~1 min and you can start dpsing diablo. Diablo shouldn't do any damage that 2nd phase and the cage are incridable easy to avoid

I'm currently using this, I have about 17k dmg with a red gem inside. I don't have much ias tho, just a little bit from gloves and rings. My mojo gives me 58 to 250 damage. I guess my low damage is becuz of the lack of ias?

You will want IAS on every single piece of item that can have IAS

This is if you are building a glass cannon build though.

Does the mana regen from items like the knife above factor in when we're talking about vision quest? so I get +10 from the knife, does that mean its essentially +30 when vision quest is in effect (300% mana regen)?

my guess is, his wd has low health, but has tons of int/ias/+dmg gear
