I'd say get blackthorne armor as you really lack of vitality, you will also get the bonus set with the pants

Edit: Also try to get trifecta gloves it will boost your dmg so much, and lacuni with crit chance

I think your defense is too low for MP5. 630 res is too low with 35k life. I farm mp5 with 35k life, but i have over 800 res and roughly the same life per second from steal and LOH. If you really want to stick with MP5, you could consider a mantra change. You should also think about changing your bracer and chest. Looking at your setup, you have ice climbers with no movespeed, so I think you'll need lacuni's... That means you need a wicked chest in terms of defense... Blackthorne's is an easy option. However, a good lacuni's and blackthorne's is going to cost you an arm and a leg... you could go the cheaper route and do tyrael's might with a 6% double stacked res (maybe armor too), dex/vit rare bracer.

Seriously I wanted to get a blackthorn chest for so long. Looked on AH for it everyday for like a month.

The pricing on them is just wack.

Try to find the similar stats rare chest. Much cheaper because people usually overlook them.

And monks don't really use two piece blackthorn. So 100 vital is kinda pointless as well.

I'm wondering if its better for me to have 1500 loh or 800+3% lifesteal? At the moment I have 110k unbuffed dps and I think 127k with BoH - Blazing Wrath rune. Any thoughts?

Life steal for sure... d3rawr has an awesome calculator that incorporates your life steal... I have less DPS than you and my 2.9% LS gives me more than 700 LOH (most of the time)

Lifesteal give you massive heal from the cyclones.

I actually think the Blackthorne chest is viable. Especially since the Inna's chest isn't very good for EHP.
