With all those spirit reg abilities and passives you'll end up at 12.24 spirit per sec, which I feel is close to enough between elite packs. Probably getting a soj and some actual spirit per sec gear so I can go mantra of conviction instead of healing.

what is the trick for killing Molten monsters who run from you already, but using the echoing fury now which makes them run even more (fear). I feel like i'm taking too much damage name locking them but I feel like they take way too long to kill if I try to be patient and run around the molten to them.

If you are playing on lower mp lvls, I think you might be able to just tank the shit and kill them.

If you are playing on higher mp lvls where you can't really tank it, try using a 2nd primary as Deadly Reach which is sort of a ranged attack. It should help you out in this type of situation a lot.
