First of that's a very nice legacy nats set you have. But you should know that doing higher mp with legacy can be a bit of a pain since your dps is gimped compared to new nats+mempo option.
If you want to keep your legacy nats your next upgrades are a manticore and a witching hour. Also craft bracers when you start getting DEs. You could also lose the max disc on the quiver and get a dex/vit rolled one, 2 max disc slots isn't needed when you have legacy nats.
edit: try to get all res on the WH. you could use a little more. especially if you later on want to drop your rare ring for a spiketrap soj.

She does pretty good through MP5... but for higher MP's (6+) I still use my Barb
I'll be looking for a good Manti & a Dex/vit/@res WH... I'm not really sure on the stats I would need to counter the loss of the +130dex 2piece inna's
& any ideas on the type of stats on the Manti within my current budget?

Like I was telling you before, I really think you should try to get a Heavy Stat DML -- specially if you wish to continue using the WF, the attack speed already gives you a lot of utility (specially with Night Stalker) that I don't think the 10 disc on DML is necessary. On the chest its fine though. I think if you can manage a GG Calamity you might enter a middle ground between Manticore and WF.
I will look into this aswell... been thinking of doing that & replacing my Rare ring with a SOJ once I get a @res WH like we talked about the other day
