evocation is no option at all, i won't give up 15 % more dps which is like 20-30 k dps for me, especialy for higher monster lvls where u need the dps, apoc on an item and just spam tornados , cd will take a bit longer but nothing out of control

*edit* and btw i dont know what u mean with cc deminishing returns , but if u think your crits will be less effective , cstands fro crowed control not critchance

thanks for feedback, ive not been able to get on the test server which is pretty annoying.
looks to me from various feedback and the patch notes the well geared wiz has nothing to fear really.
I'm especially looking forward to the new spectral blades. I'm using healing blades at the moment anyway, the new one has much more range, heals without the crit requirement, and spectral blades do more dps. Overall probably heal at least 3 times as much (x2 from no crit alone, + hitting more mobs with longer range + extra dps).

slightly longer CD on archon is not a big problem. In current multi-player games it's hard to hog all the kills to keep archon up anyway, and in those games games a healing blades wiz can do just fine.

/e i would still use glass cannon as well. Want to keep DPS high for MP10, more kills more archon time.

I feel stupid. didn't realize you couldve just bought a ll butcher's sickle all thiis time it already comes with ~50% crit and can go up to 1k dps

it's better not to drag in archon since it's a ranged attack anyway.

yes still 1k dps butcher sickels with 2,7 ll and up with more than 50 crit and socket are expensive like shit , and the weapon is slow , only 1,3 attacks per sec like an axe , its an option , but a rare sword /wand / dagger is much better , ias is very important

yes i guess the trade off between evocation and glass cannon is kinda a personal preference. Works still good without Evo, just slightly better with. I lose ~14k dps with switching to evo.

What i meant with cc deminishing returns is, that you will get a benefit from it, since the crowd control effect of nova scales up first, not like right now where elite mobs start right from the minimum...

i bought one for 80m every other 1k ll crit os weapon goes up to 200m or gets bought out by bots.

and sparkflint seems to drag enemies to you when youre throwing down twisters O___O

so true, 1k+ dps, LL, crit, os weapons are mad hard to get. probably need to sink 300m+ to get a good one.

was thinking about it

give up 100 int for 12% movementspeed on ice climbers

or save up 400m more to get a 12% movement speed ~240 int ice climber
