Yeah, Druin's my friend.

I've tested that spec on DW monk set up too.

This worked great. Don't need spirit regen from the gears for DW-ers. If it's properly executed, should have ton of spirit from the strong spirit palm.

Fleet footed is a free slot.

Honestly, how expensive would it be to make a mp9/10 efficient monk? Not playing solo, but with people usually.
