Didn't say ban, and I think the whole point of dueling at such a low level is to make it simplistic yet different.
If we were duel with the genzan's then that would mean not a single lv 10 would duel without one, and demon hunters wouldn't be able to duel period (or at least be very hindered).
So we need to think before we just say allow everything, because that simply cannot happen and keep balance.
