one of the first number is item type. eg amulet/chest armor etc

-231801345 = Item Type / Item Level, etc.
-850990342 = I have no idea.

The numbers before the durability are the actual stats of the affixes rolled, but they're seeded.

Edit: Oh, and the 6 in 0:0:6:0 is the number of affixes.

Yes. You look up the affixes rolled on the lexicon site that was linked. It will tell you 1-3 sockets.

You can tell the minimum and maximum DPS a weapon can roll by manually doing the math, but until someone figures out how to see the actual stats instead of a range of the affixes, you will still be playing a guessing game.
