im making my guessed educated, from seeing the video where the barbarian gets his fucking head bit off that means there is going to be the chance from every boss to have an instant kill so it doesnt matter who the last boss is because hes gonna be one shottin your players. this could be the most intense and adrenaline inducing form of diablo hardcore yet.

I think it was more likely that that's just a finishing move.
Like if your char dies the boss does an animation to make it a little more epic than your char just yelling "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" and falling over.

there is no last boss, ur gunna die to a fallen in act 1, everytime, or cain will come and beat the smack outta you before you reach the end cuz you wont "stay awhile and listen"
