Use a belt with LS and at LEAST one weapon with LS.
I'm guessing you're having problems with RD, AR/Armor/LS will help you a lot. Try an Armor passive instead of Bloodthirst, and get LS from equipment.

Hey have you ever had a full IK set? I'm just starting a barb now, and the fury regen from the IK set looks really nice. But I could easily be a much stronger barb without a full IK set with the kind of budget I have I think.

How good is the full IK set? Does that health gain per fury used help much?

Health per fury is around 200 LoH, and that is barely noticable. Full IK set is good for the fury regen, your fury will never go down when not in combat and you can have your fury regen itself without using fury generator by 5pc IK and regen passive.

I'm currently struggling on deciding what to buy, feeling pretty underpowered and can't seem to figure out what exactly my problem is. I need to learn which of my items I need to replace and what kind of items I need and how much I should spend on them, since I save up the money for the upgrade and then buy it. Thanks in advance.
