seems like spectral blades has no proc coefficient.

its such bs that they keep nerfing any good wizard build, what is the damn point of that..

tried a few different twister and came to the conclusion that mistral breeze will probably will be the next best twister rune for the archon build, at least for me.

I tried meteor aswell but if your dmg is too high the meteor will instantly kill every trashmob, thats why you cant trigger cm from the burning ground.

dunno, like I said, did a few runs and the build is still viable at least with the mistral breeze rune.

just tried mistral.

archon is no longer viable. fuck my life, i need more apoc now.

/e i used to be able to get my archon back up within seconds (2-3).

now it takes significantly longer.

It 100% does proc loh and crit mass.

If you want something to refresh Archon, WW is the best bet. Spectral doesn't have a high enough proc on its own -- meteor supplements its procs.

You have to refresh armor anyway

ignore the lacunis. they're a temp, for farm efficiency. in 1.0.4, i can rape a3 without the crit or ehp from bracers.
i have real bracers elsewhere. my end goal is to get an INT/VIT/AR + CC lacuni
