this is my barb. he currently has the wrong gloves on. im running with 86k hp, 1k@, 8.5k armor (buffed with ench), 78kdps (battle rage, no berserker) and i really love this huge hp pool. what do u do vs molten packs who always flee? u gotta chase them and 45k hp is then pretty hard especially when u got 2-3 other ppl ingame not doing a lot of dmg x)


chase him without stepping the fire? i don't know why people are having hard time with molten. if it's just molten, then it's pretty easy to deal with. it's molten + something nasty like vortex that make it hard.

Lifeleech is superior to LOH when your dmg is +70k-80k.

was just thinking if i can actually farm a3 with it ?? what are the things that really sucks and needs to be replaced. I've got like 5 mill budget to change pieces that needs serious change right now.

loh is better in general still, you have constant ticks of damage with a flat return(well some DR) compared to a damage scaling spell, you want the 100% return. BUT if you have higher dps it is true life steal becomes better(but not to the point at least for a ww barb that itll make it better) Unless you somehow have like 120k dps unbuffed lol. Combination of two = amazing ofc :) Around 1k loh and a little life steal = amazing.

To fully answer your question in TL;DR
Loh>Life steal in most cases, BUT the combination is mazing, and yes the life steal does work better with higher dps and yes does work with nados.



Btw a quick explanation to as why:
Life steal is based on %damage done to the monster(Nadoes has a low amount of that BUT ticks faster meaning it hits more) this makes loh superior.

LoH is nerfed by skills, Lifesteal is nerfed bei difficulty. 100k dmg with ls ~ 600LoH but Loh doesnt procc with *1 fpr tornados.So in most cases lifesteal>Loh!
