I have come to a dead end on my barb it feels like. Every time i get mills to spend I will waste it on my other characters because I am clueless what to save / upgrade next!

Heya, I'm a WW barb with 140k Unbuffed ca 550-600 @res

What should be my next upgrade after my MH? currently i have a budget at 80M ( which i planned to spend on a MH instead of Echoing since the Fear % is way to high.. )

I also have some auctions running so i could easily get up to 150-200M again after selling, what should i upgrade then after my new MH?

Where should I go from here?
Witching belt would be a huge damage increase but I don't feel I can afford the 3% LS loss and res all?
Innas pants would be another dps boost but I would lose a ton of HP and I feel already that my HP pool is low.
should I keep saving towards a new offhand?
Have 86M at the moment and out of items to sell.but im keyfarming and doing a few exp runs each night so my income has been pretty solid.
I would like to be able to do mp 8-9 for keys but even in 8 and I seem to get tore apart with a bad elite pack roll. I recently switched over to rend instead of the +armor and res all shout. The HP back now allows me to farm mp7 with ease where as I was struggling even in mp6 w/o it. it makes mp8 doable but I do die more often then I would like to.
Do you see any huge stat flaws im stacking? I really like the 1.4k LPS that I worked up to but im wondering if in the end just going balls to the walls with pissing damage and relying on LS to keep my hp up is the answer to the barb?
sorry for the babbling but some solid advice would be greatly appreciated.

This is my first barbarian. I don't play often, but I'm picking it back up for Christmas break. The only issue I have right now is I seem to not be able to hold my own very well. I die pretty often. Granted, I have a reckless play style. I think it's more than that though. Notably, in the gear.

Any tips?
