Since I finished soloing act3 today figured I'll post a screenshot of what my stats/skills look like. Not sure if there's any interest in it since I have no idea how other monks do atm.
I had slightly worse resists when I did it though. At this stage I roll through act3 pretty easily and I'd say I'm a few upgrades away from being able to do most of act4, only just did rakkanoth so far (who was impossibly easy).
I can talk a about my gear/skill choices if anyone wants but in short: farm previous acts and buy good gear.
edit: forgot to mention that armor is with my wench's 20%, 6100 I think it is without her, and I use the 15% damage from Breath of Heaven so I normally sit at 25k.

When I farmed act2 my standard run was: build 5 stacks from various spots I knew elites were, check for 2 goblins in the goblin spots and kill zoltun. I'd also do the treasure vault if I found that along the way.
