well, either a manajuma knife or a crafted one with ls, socket, base cd and either high dps (1080+) or some int.
depending on the speed of the weapon and your overall cc and cd, a ruby or an emerald can be better. on 1.4 base atk speed weapons, a ruby is usually better though.

Looking to get my dps up to about 215k dps with soj and skorn. What should I focus on upgrading? I know my zuni ring can be upgraded but what else can I upgrade to get a large chunk of damage?


Also what all resist and armor should I be at? I was thinking of going depth diggers but I wasn't sure

i really like your wd. looks very similar to mine

going far above 200-230k dps with a skorn, soj and no inflation gimmicks (60% ias and such) is close to impossible.

your skorn has very good cd, but low base dps. maybe drop some 10ish cd for 100 more base dps.
your pants need to be replaced. i personally dont like depth diggers, even though they are good for folks that are into high dps numbers... imho pants with 160+ int, 200+ vit, 50+ allres, 2 sox and 150+ armor are optimal.
your pox isnt too shabby imho.

the high int on your gloves is nice, but 8.5/45/0 out of possible 10/50/9 is kinda low. getting trifecta on your gloves is probably the easiest way for you to see significant dps gains. but the combination of 300+ int, good allres, okish cc/cd and some str/dex will probably be hard to beat. on the other hand, if you get allres on your pants, you can skip it on the gloves and go for pure offense on that slot.
shoulders and bracers are fine.
amu is great, but one with very strong trifecta might be able to beat it. but imho you shouldnt get ias on both gloves and amu, just on one. in that case, i think the likelihood of crafting good trifecta gloves that beat your current ones is much higher than the same story happening on the amu. therefore, i would focus on gloves (and everything else) before turning attention to the amu.
your helm also offers room for more dps... the high int is nice, but missing 1.5cc is not.

tl;dr: get good rare pants, get a helm with more cc and try to find a better skorn. focus crafting on gloves.

Yeah I dont really want ias on anything though. Skorn has a base damage of 1323 so I dont think I will be able to get a large amount of dps from there. Also I have 700 all resist without all resist on my pants thats why I was wondering the amount of armor/all resist i needed. With the depths equipped I have 790 all resist 3600 armor and 59k life

Not using Zuni full set, anyone else?

quite some sick pieces you got there. amu, boots, weapon, helm and pox in particular.

but i dont really like that you are using thaaat many items with ias without full zuni set. even with blood ritual, you will probably be running out of mana very quickly in prolonged fights.
in general, your bracers offer some easy potential for an upgrade. and i personally dont like the innas pants, but i understand why you use them.
what could also be improved imho is the littany.

but yeah, hard to improve. already a top-notch wd.


edit: i just saw you dont even use honored guest on spirit walk. how the hell do you keep up your mana if a fight happens to take longer than 10 seconds?

I have taken a hiatus from D3 for about 2 months and am now just getting back into it. I have noticed that bats has really taken over most builds and the mix between Swarm and Bears. I was normally all bears because well I had the mana reduce soj/serpent alongside my mana regen helm which really worked extremely well for my build. The problem is now I'm thinking that bears for me is almost obsolete and feel like I need to optimize on some slots.

I want to increase my DPS and armor at this point. I would love to pick up @res on slots if at all possible, but looking at my gear it seems a bit difficult giving my current budget and cost of upgrades. I know right now I should upgrade my helm for CC Zuni, but other slots I'm a bit confused what route I should go.

Craft a nice pair of Shoulders
Craft better bracers with @res
I'd love to get a Witching Hour like mine only with Armor rolled, but like I said that would cost me a fortune.

Pick up + Gruesome fills my mana, I run out of mana on monsters that run.. I will be getting a Zuni chest and new ring. Currently trying to upgrade bracers and gloves, no luck yet
