I agree. The lifesteal and life on hit will save you a lot of money cuz you won't need to get it on your other items. Can probably pick up a cheap echoing fury (just dex and vit will be enough) to use with it.

Im currently using a 880 dps - 50 dex - 50 vit - 71 crit hit dmg, 2.9% Ls, socket weapon.

Would it be wise to replace it with a Echoing Fury with 1k+ dps Ls and a socket? or would the upgrade not be worth the costs?

all it is just using a sledge fist.

Get the strongest mainhand you can find with LS on it.
Then buy a 40%+ with socket Sledge. And you should stun lock elites in the game. Though they are gettin pricy cause everyone is gettin in the trend for stun lockin.
If you wanna be cheap, just buy the highest % stun one you can find (be it with or wihout socket...hell just get any sledge if that the case). In fact a high 35+% one could prolly be just as good cause you will be swinging pretty fast as a natural dual weld.

eh ... wat seems to be the problem?
flash things with your exhibitionist monk, they get stunnned for set period of time, and you get a dps boost for like 3 secs.

Its hard to say really without looking at the rest of your gear best thing to do is find a the echoing fury you want and import the stats into theasiangamer.com/d3-damage-calculator/ and see what the difference will be.
