its very hard to compare, particularly for bats builds. skorn has more int and cd and way higher base dam, but 1h/mojo has way higher cc and dps. additionally, the higher attack speed means that you reach the max effect of cob more quickly after you start channeling it, which helps against mobs that interrupt it a lot. on the other hand, skorn is more efficient against extra health and reflect packs...
id say 100-~400 dam mojo with 8.5-10 cc and around 150 int + a crafted weapon with 1100 dps and 80+ cd is roughly comparable to a 1400-1440 dps skorn with 300+ int and 180+ cd.
if the 1h also got int and/or the mojo is a serpent with 9.5-10cc and some bonus vs elites, the 1h/mojo setup will probably yield more sheet dps than any skorn in the world. to beat such a combo on a 2hander, you would need something like this:
