For Strafe build take off that WH get innas pants (8% ias) + Belt, get rid of mempo as well get new nats helm get the 4pc bonus. Drop the DML for a High Stat LOW attack speed (should be cheap) better shoulders sacrifice from HP, get some Vile Wards

looks ok, you need bit more all res on gear

also lose the lacunis and craft yourself a pair of dex bracers you currently have 36 ms so they are not needed.

Thanks for that suggestion.

Also, I wanted to know what I needed in order to farm higher MPs with the same efficiency.. I do MP3 fairly fast with this gear, and wanted to move up MPs without losing efficiency.

Is it worth using calamity for my build?

Might Have To Switch Around Skills/Gears In Order To Farm Better

Manticore Is Required i do not think so i can farm m8-9 just fine with a calamity

and yes spike traps are great for the higher mps
