I personally wouldnt mind, but its a HECK of a lot easier to ban 1 item than it is to ban a set of affixes.

i like them but the 20 @res from gungdo is pretty hard to beat... i think you'd need a very high vit/str roll to make these worthwhile.

no spec's with anything above normal dps are not allowed imo.

or we could all have 90 dps specs for not much of a hunt.

Has anyone made any lvl 9s yet? Currently I have a lvl 9 barb with 1300 hp and about 60 dos. Still working on some gear people are flipping lvl 8-9 gear too

But.. the only thing i disagree with you about is gems.
there needs to be set gem limits for different levels.
like for level 9/18/30 i think flawless gems would be the best. 18 stats / 8% life / 25% cd,
radiant stars are just WAY to strong. you wanna keep the stats around the same as the gear or it will become as unbalanced as lvl60 pvp atm.
for level 48 i think stars should be the limit

why lvl 18? you get your final ability slot at 19 and second passive at lvl 20 those two levels seem to make more sense then 18
