I'm starting building a monk and have a question: is there any difference/advantage of wich resist i should stack for passive skill one with everything?

There was a poll a few weeks back.
The cheapest resist to stack is Cold (least amount of people using it)

I think Fire, Poison and Physical were most expensive.
Try to go for All res ... I know it is more expensive, but Blizzard keeps on talking about nerfing OWE.

Just wanna report that there is a blackthorns amulet starting at 150 mil on the us ah... No, it's not mine, but it rolled 9% crit chance, so that means set jewelry can roll ilvl 63 stats too now!!! 6% nats ring? Yes please.

I've been shopping a lot lately and I have to say that I find good lightning and physical and cold stuff listed all the time... As for fire.. .. . .. .

Holy shit I dunno how many others have tried it, but I just sampled a new skill build and I love it.

Combination strike, fot quickening, deadly reach foresight.

The rest is normal sw cyclone, invul, boh bw, conviction overawe, etc etc etc.

75k dps buffed, 50k unbuffed. Doing MP3 like I was before, but quicker now. Losing out on blind and illke 6% dodge from guardians path is noticable, so I occasionally have to kite a bit more, but jeez the dmg is very noticable.


If I'm like waaaaaaaaaaay behind the times then sorry >< but this was just like crazy for me. I cannot wait to see what happens when I get the last 2 pieces slots I need (andy hat and strong MH weap).

Oh yeah as for resists question. .. Phys is def the most expensive. Poison actually isnt to bad (im psn), cold does seem to be the cheapest.

I would drop BOH for blinding flash. Cyclones is based on dps at the moment of activation, so blinding flash can add 30%? To your sweeping winds... Try it out and see! It'll be pretty nuts with all you buffs

I can't make up my mind. Either:
Natalya's Boots + Reflection
or
Ice Climbers(non ms) + Lacuni's (4.5cc at least)

I need improvements in armor & attack speed prob most crucial.
My thoughts:
armor on nats would be nice, possible to find climbers with + armor though.
climbers would give me a health boost and more dex overall.
not sure if getting nat ring is worth it with new rare rings on the way.

I tried it and while the SW is stronger, having the 15% dmg up all the itme just feels better to me.

I feel like I'm at a wall where every upgrade (aside from gems) is going to cost me upwards of like 40mil.

Any thoughts?
