its reality, you can argue it all you want, but any one playing a monk in d3 can see i was right a few pages ago and im right now.

Why don't u reroll a barb

no need to re roll, ill keep the monk for ubers.

allready have a semi equiped barb i havnt touched since soon after .04, probly wait a week for the item inflation to kick in, and re gear him.

i have multiple accounts if you plan on commenting that the account link i provided dosnt have have a barb as though it some how invalidates everything ive said.

That depends on how you look at it. Also, I have a lot more fun playing my monk. So, it's a matter of opinion, not threadcrapping fact.

Also, we have no idea what their plans are for OWE. Yeah, theyve mentioned it a whole bunch of times, but they're already talking about other monk changes that are a lot closer, buffing lashing tail kick etc, that are still a long ways off themselves. Also, they sound terrible, but who knows what will eventually happen. So, OWE isn't even a legitimate argument either way.

So yea, like I already said, we got nerfed. So did barbs. So did every other class in the defensive area, because they nerfed incoming damage even more than defensive passives in order to reduce reliance on defensive passives.

Monks are still among the fastest classes in the game, and with gg gear, they are definitely the godliest period. That's saying a lot.

there is no it depends on how you look at it.

100 mil barb will run higher mp and do it faster then a 100 mil monk.

the gap is growing wider and wider every patch.


sure a monks fun to play. but among the fastests? that is sooooooo sooooooo wrong. the only good speed skill monks have is tempest rush, but with the way it works with spirit and aps its the most contradictory skill to the entireity of the what it is to be a monk. spirit walk is an amazing skill for witch doctors and does a great job of working with how witch doctors are made. there are several passives demon hunters can use along with actually skills that make them much faster then monks. sprint gives 40% move and is an integral part of ww builds. and wizzards have tele+perma archon and a 300% weapon dmg main attack.

if by among the fastests, you mean the slowerst of the 5, id agree.

but too bad higher mp lvl has higher dam so kinda no point haha.

but then again, mp1 is really the only mp lvl we should all be farmin anyway as its speed efficiency. Only if i was grindin for keys only and or doin ubers, would i jack up mp lvl higher. But if im grindin for itemzzz, mp1 only and that is where the monster dam nerf is visible. In higher mp, nope other way around, we be nerfed lol.
